 Contributions to Luis B. Pozzolo for US Congress are not tax-deductible. An individual may contribute up to $2,800 per election (the primary and general are separate elections) and a multi-candidate PAC may contribute up to $5,000 per election. Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and name of the employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 in an election cycle. By adding a spouse, you are making a joint contribution to be attributed evenly between you and your spouse.
